What are the positive aspects of a community where everyone shares an ethnic and/or racial background?

The positive aspects of diversity in a community are that everyone gets to learn about the different types of cultures and races. They learn about the history of that race and what they had to endure. A person in a diverse community also makes friends that have a lot to teach to that person and also learn from that person. The positive aspects of living in a community where everyone shares an ethnic and/ or racial background is that you don’t have all of these cultures clashing with one another. You also have people that get along with one another.
